Culture or knowledge that impact people decision making for airlines business

This research highlights why people make decisions differently under the same business. As we can see that some airlines have an excellent performance while some have very poor results. Some have shown leadership while others follow, depending on each airlines strategic goals and leadership styles. The question is, what makes them decide differently? No doubt that each airline is located in different parts of the world which have made them perform differently. Though they are in different locations and have different philosophies each airline have different strategic objectives to achieve excellent performance. The question is can an airline alliance help airline partners pursue the same direction?

Pruet is currently the Managing Director of Cargo & Mail at Thai Airways International. His experience includes General Manager Australia, People's Republic of China, Malaysia, Sweden Finland Baltic State and Russia, Deputy General Manager Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe, and Acting Sales Manager Munich at Thai Airways International.
