Skill development and individual differences in flight training.

The objective of this study is to gain better understanding of how skills in flight training are developed where students experience problems and whether there are characteristics of students that predict problems in reaching GFPT proficiency. The study involves a review of the files of flight training. Files of 400 local and international students who have undertaken flight training at flying schools in Australia.
