Aims

Philosophy

Flight training is conducted at the Bankstown Flight Training Centre of UNSW using our own instructors and our fleet of new (2010) DA-40 and DA-42 Diamond aircraft. A strong emphasis is placed upon airmanship through discipline, quality assurance and a safety first mentality.

Location

All flight training and ground school takes place at the Bankstown Flight Training Centre of UNSW. Please allow an appropriate amount of time to travel out there or you may not be able to fly.
Training takes place as a block release between the end of September and Christmas. Students will receive exact dates and details from the Director of Flight Operations.

Assessment

Students will be assessed in accordance with the licensing requirements of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

All study materials are supplied by the Department for this course.
