AVIA 3400 Aviation Regulations 2 Aims
Philosophy This is the second subject in a course aimed to provide students with an introduction to the Australian legal structure and in particular how civil aviation is regulated with this legal framework. Law & Regulations 1 provided an overview of Australia’s legal and regulatory structure as it impinges upon aviation and also examined some major branches of the law (eg contract and torts). Law & Regulations 2 focuses more on the specific applications of the law to specialised aspects of both the domestic and international aviation industry. Lecturer Location This course runs for fourteen weeks in Session 2 2007. Lectures are held in: Macauley Theatre at 1500-1700 on Tuesday.
